Prayer Exercise for the City

From Monday 27th April to Friday 1st May we are encouraging all who are able to use their daily walking-exercise as an opportunity to pray for the city of Ely.

Please pray as part of your one exercise-outing per day (do not make a special trip out – continue to honour the government social distancing directives).

On your exercise walk, pray for the streets of Ely (and beyond) that you pass along. Pray for the mercy in halting the spread of the corona virus, pray blessing on the residents or business of the street, and pray for spiritual awakening for all.

Sign Up to form a continuous Chain of Prayer each day

We encourage all those able and willing to pray to use this link to sign up to a specific timeslot – and be part of forming a continuous Chain of Prayer from 7am to 7pm through the day. You can pray every day in the allotted week (Monday 27th April to Friday 1st May), or you can pray on just one of these days – but choose a time so we can see the 12 hour window being filled.

Also use the same link to indicate the streets you intend to pray for. Every day or so we will update the list below with your submissions so that we get a sense that the city and its streets will be covered by prayer.
